Brand Regard allows you to categorize assets both by, e.g. "Print", "Video", "Audio", so that employees don't have to know anything about different file types or resolutions. Users select what media they're working with and are directed to the corresponding assets and guidelines.

No more digging around for DVDs, waiting for email replies or searching a shared network drive. Brand Regard gives you and your team access to any asset you need.

Log in to Brand Regard, find your asset by selecting a category or via search, and click on "download" or "email". Brand Regard's email feature allows you to generate links that expire when you want them to, giving you control over who can download what and for how long.

Invite colleagues into the system and give them administrator, download-only or temporary access. Some of your colleagues can have upload and editing privileges while others can only download assets. Contractors can get temporary access that expires automatically at a specific date.
